Meet Jaclyn Daly

A lifelong search
for better questions.

Your Road to Health grew from lived experience, years of research, advocacy, and the belief that people deserve context—not dismissal—when their health story feels complicated.

Jaclyn Daly portrait beside a stone wall

This work began
long before it became a business.

Growing up around chronic illness made researching treatments and health information second nature to Jaclyn. Watching her mother search for answers sparked her early curiosity and persistence.

Both Jaclyn and her mother experienced sensitivity to pharmaceuticals, which contributed to Jaclyn's interest in broader health conversations. She later earned a degree in Psychology and worked in youth advocacy.

During college, migraines with aura changed her own relationship with healthcare. Feeling isolated while trying to understand recurring symptoms pushed her further toward functional and integrative health education.
