My health started
to change.
My health began to decline—weight gain, little energy, chronic migraines, birth control, and medications for migraine with aura management.

How we work together
Your history starts the conversation. We begin by looking at the details of your experiences.
Book a ConsultationWorking together
My process of how it would look like working with me.
First is a 15-minute FREE Discovery Call. Reach out to me via phone, email, text, DM on social media; I will then send you my quick application link so I can learn more about you before we speak; and then on the next page you’ll be able to book your call!
After our introduction on the discovery call, we can set up your Initial Consultation. This is a 90-minute Deep Dive via Zoom where I review your full history, previous labs, treatments, and what’s worked (or not) so far. We will use that time to build your personalized health road map—identifying what support, guidance, and structure you’ll need to reach your goals. This visit will set the foundation for your next phase.
At this point if you feel like we are a good fit you will sign up for my three-month Road to Health Program (RTH Program). Where we will work on my seven pillars together based on your personalized health factors and goals.
Functional lab testing
$350 Testing included in the program

My health history
Years of questions, setbacks, recovery, motherhood, research, and starting again shaped the way I understand health today.
Late teens — 20s
My health began to decline—weight gain, little energy, chronic migraines, birth control, and medications for migraine with aura management.
2006
A terrible ear infection triggered a migraine that lasted three weeks straight, followed by an extreme vertigo attack where I lost my entire equilibrium.
2008
I involuntarily started a journey in that moment that would take decades of trial and error, constant research, and a road where I never knew where I was headed.
2009
After three years of chronic migraine along with anxiety, depression, POTS, and food sensitivities, I reached remission.
And in 2009, I got married.
2011
I had my first child.
2012
Having three children was a dream of mine. I tried having back-to-back children, but health issues began to surface again.
Without my hormones being monitored after my first baby, low progesterone, iron, and other essentials went unnoticed. I experienced recurrent miscarriages.
Knowing my previous history with hormones, after my second miscarriage I went directly to fertility hormone specialists for monitoring.
2013
I had an amazing pregnancy—with a two-year-old at home and twins who were born at seven pounds each.
I was in awe of what my body was capable of after having once been completely debilitated.
2018
After my twins were born, I spent years telling providers that my stomach felt off, often hearing that it was simply because I had carried twins.
Eventually, I discovered a large uterine fibroid.
But to understand this, we have to go back.
2011
I had a history of fibroids severe enough to block my ability to have a natural birth with my daughter.
We were prepared for a C-section on 01/01/11 at 1:11 PM.
2019
I had to become an expert in fibroid removal for a 12 cm uterine fibroid—the size of a cantaloupe.
Thankfully, it was not cancerous. It was removed and I moved forward, but I was once again left traumatized by my experience within the healthcare system.
2020
Diagnosed with
I was suddenly living with chronic, debilitating symptoms while caring for three small children.
Your life changes in an instant. Your dreams shatter, and the life you once lived becomes a memory.
What had worked before didn't work this time.
I was lost. I was scared. It was COVID. It felt like a horror movie I couldn't stop—because it was my life.
2022
Years passed and symptoms remained despite researching day in and day out.
Medications failed. Different modalities couldn't sustain progress.
What I experienced as a woman and as a patient will remain scarred in my memory forever.
I lost hope many times.
But I kept going.
2023
I returned to remission after years of battling chronic and debilitating illness.
2026
There were many points throughout my life when my journey stopped me in my tracks.
But something in me never wanted to give up hope—even when I felt completely alone.
I stayed on my road to health.
And I'm so glad
I kept going.
I feel that excitement for my life and my future again.
What the road taught me
As humans, we are always learning. When we reach a dead end, we take another road. We reassess the map.
When we hold onto hope and align our dreams with people who can support us, we begin to see more light at the end of even the darkest tunnel.
